Dietqueen...I wanted to ask your opinion on the lipo/b12 injections please...

by drkbrneyes, Oct 19, 2006 12:00AM
You helped me before with the injection sites, thank you.  I tried last night giving myself the shot in my arm and this am I have a good size bruise and bump there.  I think it is lower than the acromium process than I was supposed to be.  It didn't feel clumsy giving the shot there nor did it hurt as much as the thigh site.  I was just wondering if I missed the muscle. What are your thoughts?

And thanks to anyone else who gives advice.

Hi ladies, I bought mine through mydietsolutions.com  many ladies here have purchased it through this website with no problems.  The shipment is fast, via fedex and it is well packaged.

I also sometimes bruise the doctor told me that is usually from going through a vein.  Have you notices sometimes the puncture site bleeds alittle and sometimes not.  This is again going through a vein.  When you put your seringe in do you pull the plunger back alittle just to make sure you are not in a vein, after a couple hundred shots only once did blood go into the seringe, I just pulled it out and injected in another area.  I am also getting little bruises on my arms and legs no where near the injection site.  The doctor said it is due to the stored fat releasing from my skin, make the skin easier to bruise.  (he used more technical terms, then explained it)
