Hi, there is a doctor who gives it in Tyrone Georgia. Very classy clinic. I have been on for one month lost 13lbs but plenty of inches. I workout out also, cycling at world gym. The website is www.ilostminewithdrstein.com

i go to dr. cuddapah at betterliving md. he gives B-12 shots and prescriptions to help with the cost. great staff
