The only thing ear stapling did for a friend of mine was give her a severe ear infection that took antiobiotics and weeks to clear up. She nearly lost a piece of her outer ear. This is a myth, don't buy into it. It is just another "get slim quick" method that is a complete gimmick. They use to use the same stapling method to get people to quit smoking. If ear stapling cured obesity, there wouldn't be one overweight person in the world. Nothing loses the weight accept low fat, low calorie foods - balanced and nutritious- and exercise. Leave the ear stapling to the uninformed and consider yourself informed now. I lost 130 lbs. 10 years ago on 1250 calories a day and exercise, no gimmicks, just common sense dieting and a total lifestyle change. Good luck!
