I have a friend who has a cousin that has had it done. Her cousin has lost 20 pounds in 2 and a half weeks. My friend is getting hers put in tomorrow. If I had to guess I would say it will work for some and not others. I'm seriously considering getting it done myself. It's not an expensive procedure, and it can be undone.
I am an Acupuncturist in Oklahoma and also do the ear staples for patients. I will tell you that I have it work for about 60% of people. Only if you have constant hunger. If the staple is going to work, you will notice nausea as soon as you have it put there. It also is NOT a nerve point, it is the stomach and mouth point so it in theory is to give your stomach a constricted full feeling. Good luck and you should make sure u get it from someone that is not promoting 90-100% success they are only after the big green dollars
