I will be taking a break from the hcg injections beginning next week. For those of you who have done this already what type of foods did you eat when you weren't on the hcg? I am just about at my goal but will do one last month of injections after my break. Any info appreciated. Thanks.
I haven't started phase 2 yet (waiting for hcg) but I can tell you what kts. book recomended for the interval between next hcg dosing. It says no starch (potates, sweet potato, rice, cornCorns and calluses etc.) No sugar, but you can use stevia (no cal organic sweetener). 6 meals per day, meat, fish, veggies, fruit. He recomended at least 3 organic apples, grapefruit per day. Lots of water, teas, and continue with Threlac yeast cleanseCleanse & treat (helps with carb cravings).
