I read somewhere in Dr. Simmons notes that somepeople do get headaches.  You can take an aspirin.
As for energy, I feel fine.  I am not saying I can run, jump, dance, hop, skip, and shout.  But, I feel I can function.
Are you eating and drinking your fluids?
Are you taking the B12 shots or some vitamins???
Hang in there.

Thanks you guys...
I have been taking vitamins daily and my B12 shot. I was wondering if maybe it is because I cut out all caffiene. I usually drink coffee, tea and those Red bulls. And I havent had any caffiene drinks since Sunday.

do you find losing weight to be the same with coffee?  As I have lost 5lbs in 8 days.  I heard no caffeine is better when trying to lose weight.  I know Kt and Dr. Simmons says it is ok.  but, some people are losing more weight than me and I was just curious as to why some programs say no caffeine and some say it is ok??
