Food Plan with the Weight Loss Pills or Shots

I had a cousin that lived in Florida and went to a weight doctor there. She took the bontril and calcium pyruvate and he also gave her a food plan to follow. She doesn't live there anymore and does not have a copy of the food plan anymore. Does anyone else have it? She lived near Tampa. I am 5'4", 170 and am trying really hard to shed 30 pounds. Thanks
