This forum is a place where people can discuss their experiences with weight loss programs and products.

All of our usual rules apply to this forum.  We do not allow people to post personal email addresses, personal names (other than a first name), web addresses or partial web addresses, and/or telephone numbers.  You may mention a particular doctor, but if we see the name appearing in multiples postings, we will remove all such postings from the forum.  This is NOT a place to post advertisements of any kind.

We are really happy that you have found this forum helpful. We are listening to all the feedback we receive and want to work with all of you so that this continues to be a useful forum.  We are trying to achieve the balance you outlined in your email ; allowing users a place to share their experiences and support each other while at the same time removing advertising masquerading as comments.

We need your help in monitoring this so if you see something of concern please let us know. In the meantime, go ahead and share your experiences (please no URLs or email addresses) and if we have any concerns we will let you know.
