Getting Discouraged!!

Hello All....It is getting weird to me that almost all that are in the forum has read KT's book but having problems with getting HCG injections.....I am so ready to get this weight down but cannot find where to get this......Seems that people in CA aren't having a issue.......I m in the MD, VA, DC area.....Does anyone have any suggestions.....I have googled, yellow paged and am afraid to buy online due to I am not sure if I am getting the real deal...........Any suggesstions?......I have researched and only questions I have besides where to get it is, women who are surgically thrown into menopause, will the hcg have a negative affect?

HCG has been around for years.  I tried the shots in the 70's, 80's,90's, and again in 2003.  Here I am, still about 70lbs. overweight!  
Kevin whathisname is making a fortune off of this weight loss cure book.  
HCG is NOT, NOT, NOT a cure!  Yes, it will work if you do everything you are suppose to do such as, an extremely low calorie diet that is hard to follow.  Drink tons of water and pee all day.  The weight will come off.  BUT, as soon as you go back to normal eating without the shots, the weight comes back on.  I am living proof of that.
Shame on Kevin Trudeau for scamming people.

p.s.  I am actually thinking of taking the shots again (even though I know how hard it is and it doesn't last).

I recently lost 12lbs. by dieting and exercise.  I was in a clinical trial research and as long as I had to go weigh in every week and be accountable, I was losing weight.  As soon as the program ended for me, I went back to my old ways and the way is coming back on quickly!  

I am discouraged also but not because I can't find HCG.  I know exactly where in Tennessee you can get it.

I have lost over 40 pounds on the injections, but i do not feel there is a cure for being overweight. I have around 15 more pounds to lose, and will be starting the maintenance phase. From what i can tell this is the most important part of the program. there is a different diet to follow, and you still have to watch what you eat. I will be trying to stabilize my weight loss while my metabolism resets to my current weight. losing weight is hard, but keeping the weight off may be harder. I know that i can not go back to my old eating habits, and i must change my eating habits for life. Moderation being the key word. Good Luck to you!!

Bass, as I said, I know the injections work.  And I know how they work.  I know that a 500 calorie diet without the shots is a bad thing compared to the 500 calorie diet with the shots.
I also know that you can't go back to eating crappy foods.  Unfortunately that's what most of us do.  Why not just eat 1200 to 1500 calories of good healthy food and exercise?  I think it is because it takes longer that way and we want to lose it fast!  
I'm not putting anyone down for doing the hcg shots.  Like I said, I considered doing them again myself.
As for Kevin Trudeau, I remember seeing him on another infomercial not long ago endorsing the Atkins diet.  I do believe he lost weight.  I don't know how he lost it, but congrats to him. I haven't read his book' a friend told me about it so I probably shouldn't say anything negative about him.
I didn't mean to offend anyone.  We all have to find what works best for ourselves.

Thanks 4 your comments but how can u get started if u cnnot find a place who will give u the hcg?...I m sooo ready 2 get started but do not want o start w/o the HCG...

Hi.  I live in MD but am very close to PA & WV.  I read Kevin T's book and i am in day 5 of phase 1 and have lost 4 lbs.  I to have been looking and looking and looking for the hcg shots.  I am after the resetting of the metabolism and am getting very discuraged.  Any info. you find on a hcg clinic i would greatly appericate.  Tx's

There is a clinic that does everything via email and online that operates out of La Vergne, TN.  Unfortunately we are unable to post websites and addresses on here, but if you search these threads you will find that clinic.  All you have to do is fax them your blood work and they send you the hCG by mail.  If you can't find it, email me if interested.  I can give you that information. ***@****

I understand the concept of KT book and have been doing 90% of everything in the first phase.  I live in Idaho and have been unable to find anyone or any health clinic that is willing to do the injections.  If anyone know anything please e-mail me;

Hey guys I have read the book wich you are all talking about and am interested in getting this HCG. I would rather if I could just buy it online instead of having to go to the doctor and paying for a visit as well, money is a little tight. Losing weight is very important to me, I think I've tried every diet and excerciseimaginable and have lost 42 pounds with them over the years. I haven't gained any of it back but still I am strugglin with the 40 lbs I still have to go, and have been for 3. years If yall know of any sites that I could get HCG from that would be extrememly helpful or of any doctors in the Houston area that would help me out, I would appreciate it very much. P.T. Barnum said that there's a sucker born every minute, and Kevin Trudeau has read his book. I'm amazed at how flimflam keeps getting recycled- JAMA did a report in 1974 which debunked HGC, but it keeps on going like the energizer bunny!! Yeah, yeah, I know- the government/drug companies/food companies are suppressing the good stuff, like a cure for cancer. Not likely!! Even Oprah has gotten sucked in to the Hoodia scam. Aside from liposuction and stomach surgery, the only safe thing is diet and exercise.
