Good Weight Loss DR in Phoenix AZ area

In chicago I used to see a doctor who prescribed bontril and plegine (both different version of phendemezatrine, worked MUCH better than phentermine and meridia which I've been on previously) and gave me B12 shots every 2 weeks. And boy did it work. I went from 188lb to 138 and felt great. Well that was 2 years ago. I live in Phoenix now and want to find someone similar. Does anyone know of a great weight loss dr./clinic that is not terribly expensive? I used to pay $80 for a month's supply. Anything in Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, etc. would be fine.

I go to Medshape weight loss clinic in Mesa.  They are great.  I just started a couple months ago and lost quite a bit already.  I am doing the HCG injections with them now.  I have been happy with them.

I am curious about your use with Plegine.  My friend in CA has been using it and is down 20 pounds.  Do you know of a doctor is AZ that prescribes it?

No I haven't found one. I started going to medshape in mesa though after I heard about them on this forum. they prescribe either phentermine or tenuate. I have not lost as much as I did when i was doing the bontril and plegine. the weight is coming off much more slowly this time.

I am going to Sun Valley Weight Management Clinic in Chandler. I used phentermine to lose weight and still continue getting the B12 and Lipotropic injections weekly. I'm in maintenance now because I reached my goal weight - yippie! I really think the injections (and, weighing in every week) are helping me keep the weight off. I am wondering what injections you are doing and how you like them.

I switched clinics that I was going to...I found one much closer to my apt. in scottsdale. they are very nice there as well. I do a combo shot there of b12, b-complex, and a fat burner, not sure of the name. so far i've lost 14lbs! this new clinic that i'm going to really tells you to stick to simeons protocol and it has worked. it's called Arizona Integrative medical Center and the dr. is Dr. Stallone. [phone] in chase the sun valley doesn't work for you. good luck and keep us posted as to how you are doing!

Way to go so far! Glad you found a place that is close to you. I'm actually at my goal weight and just maintaining. I'm very happy with the Sun Valley program I did. I keep going in because they let me do that for free for as long as I need to keep my weight off. Cool, I like that! Keep up with the good work!!

MediWeight Loss Centers are all over in Phoenix area and they do not have contracts and if you say you heard about them, they give you $25 off (if you go to the Scottsdale location, they give $50 off).
The 1st week is +/- $278 and like 65-75 wk for meds/support
Look them up and give them a call
It's like the program you had in Chicago
