It says to gorge the first 2 days.  Gorge on what?  Should we stick with gorging on healthy foods or can we eat whatever sugar, junk...??

thank you for asking.. I am wondering the same thing! In Kevin's book he says to eat the most fattening foods... but does this mean pizza, chinese, pasta sugar.. or are we suppose to stay away from sugar/ starchy food due to candida yeast?

You should eat some of the things you enjoy, and this will help with not getting hungry on the 500 calorie diet.

FYI...............

I ate whatever I wanted and craved in how many quantities I wanted no matter what -- a loading day is a loading day.........yeah, I felt like an enormous cow and not happy -- but on the the third day of injections (first day of dieting not a loading day)  I lost one pound and didn't gain any weight, and on the next day I lost 2.5 MORE lbs!

Go ahead and endulge -- enjoy it while you can!!  =)
