HCG & Phentermine

by nailtek, Jan 04, 2009 09:40PM
I was wondering if anyone had any information regarding the use of Phentermine along with HCG?  I am going to a clinic in Illinois on Wednesday where they prescribe Phentermine and offer HCG and vitamin B12 injections as well.  Also, are HCG injections supposed to be given on a daily or weekly basis?

Thanks!!!

Hcg injections can be given with or without b-12. If mixed together, and if the b-12 is the long lasting kind(I think it is called hydroxycobalamin) then the hcg actually lasts in your system as long as the b-12 which means you can get it once a week. If by itself the hcg is injected daily for 6 out of 7 days.
If it was me I would never ever use phentermine which is just a legal amphetamine. Many people have had success with it, but I would be afraid of side effects and negative reactions and I just don't like drugs. The hcg with or without b-12 if used with a very low calorie diet should be just as or more effective without any side effects. (There sometimes are a few side effects such as headaches that go away after the first few days but are due to your body detoxing and not directly to the hcg). Also, the hcg naturally suppresses your appetite and it releases your stored body fat to be metabolized so that you have enough calories to live on while still losing weight.
Good Luck.
