HCG B12 750 cal San antonio???

Hey everyone..I start my HCG Shots on May,2,2008...after two weeks i start my b12 shots..and i am to follow a 750 cal diet..since i havent been there im unclear as to what that diet consists of..anyways..im going to a place called weight control texas inc..on fredricksburg..any one have any reviews on it..or even if you have never been there any constructive advice one who has actually done the process can give to a newcomer such as myself?? Would appreciate it thanks!!

Well I guess you have started today. Have you read Trudeau's book or Pounds and Inches. If not, I would because the original hcg protocol called for 500 cal diet. This is my 16th day on the diet and I've lost 14 lbs. I have had no problems with hunget and am very excited. Let me know if I can help. Go to hcgdietinfo ******* to read the original diet plan if you haven't already. Good luck! Here if you need me.
