HCG B12 AND ADIPEX-P

I use to live in Port Arthur, but have since move to Tennessee. I did the Hcg , B12, and Adipex-p with Dr Russell McDonald and Dr. Ede there. There are no Dr.'s here in Memphis that administer the Hcg and B12. It's just the B12 here. I am about to begin the Hcg and Adipex diet, administering the injections myself. The protocol requires an injection everyday but, I would like to administer the injections weekly as I did with Dr's McDonald and Ede. But, I am not sure of the dosage of HCG they administered for the shot to last that long. If anyone knows the answer or can get the answer, please give me a shout.
