HCG Hunger oral HCG

I'm starving!! I started the oral HCG and following Simmeons diet, I'm so hungry I'm crying and my head is hurting so bad. My doctor in Olney, MD told me to eat some cucumber slices to eliminate the hunger. Its not working. He cahrged me over $600 for the initial consultation and he said since I am a difficult case, I would have to come in weekly (at $250 per session). Is anyone else having hunger with oral HCG, does the injectable work better?

yes I am taking the oral HCG and I am straving too. I just ate some extra strawberries, but if things don't improve I am going to start eating more. I was this is my 5th day on the oral HCG and my 2nd day on the 500 cal diet and it is miserable

Hi, I am doing the injectable HCG. I was tired and somewhat hungry until about the 4th day of the VLCD. After that, the hunger went away and I havent had it since aside from the occasional craving for something. i think some of the problems of feeling hungry comes from not "loading" on your first few days. I properly loaded by eating alot of fat and heavy meaIs and I feel really great and full of energy. I have heard mixed results as far as the Oral goes but I can tell you the injectable is working great for me. A pound a day loss.
