HCG Just started

This is my first week on HCG, day 4 to be exact. I am a little worried about the long weekend coming up and staying on the VLCD during the holiday. I need some positive reinforcement from anyone else who has struggled. I am committed to doing this, and already feel better than I ever have. :)
