Can the Simeon HCG Diet be done without the guidance of a physician?  I would like to do this myself, at home, without having to go to the doctor.  Has anyone done this?

Yes, I did it without a physician......although I did have someone to call to ask questions about my progress, etc.

And how have you been doing, since you do it all on your own?

I've been doing very well.  I'm in Phase 4 and eating everything I want but it is only organic foods I eat.  I have not eaten anything that isn't organic.  I lost 22 lbs during Phase 2 and have kept it off.  I have to say that once I make my mind up to do something I do it all the way.  I was very committed to the program and did not veer off at all.  I went from a size 10 in clothing to a size 6 and feel absolutely wonderful.  You will have tremendous success if you stick with it.......I've lost all sugar cravings and do indulge occasionally with Paul Newman's organic cookies and organic ice cream. You sound completely happy!! I only hope I too have the success you have. Please keep posting your results.  I really would like to know how this diet works when you have finished the injections and have been on your own for a while.

You too will have success if you follow the protocol.  The key is to stay focused on your goals and don't let anyone steal your dreams.  There are people on this site that will try to do just that.  I have encouraged 3 people through my success to begin the plan and they are happy so far.  I finished injections over a month ago and I am completely happy with the results. Despite what anyone will tell you here the key is the food (organic vs. non-organic).  Our current food supply contains so many additives, preservatives etc. and that truly is the problem for people being overweight.  Once you can overcome your cravings which the program is designed to do (do the cleanses--CRITICAL), you'll be on the road to recovery.   I'll keep you posted!

I too would prefer doing this without a doctor.  Could you tell me how to get the necessary hCG and supplies for phase 2.  If I know it will work, I will definitely follow the protocol.  Thanks.

I used GHI Medical in Florida.  I still went to my doctor to get the necessary bloodwork done and GHI helped me with the rest.
