Does anyone know of a MD in the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area providing HCG injections for KT's diet?

If not, could someone tell me of a good site to purchase HCG and what exactly I will need?

I plan on taking Thanksgiving off.  Should I stop the injections 3 days prior and resume the day after or should I just continue with the injections daily as I am doing now?
