I haven't heard of the soup diet. I do the hcg and I eat 500 calories a day. I am eating real food, chicken, turkey tuna, etc. Fresh veggies, lots of water and fruits like apple, grapefruit or oranges.
Just took the HCG injection today, did feel a warm sensation in my body after 30mins, have not taken the pill yet(BontrilBontril pdm Bontril slow release Bontril slow-release), will start that tomorrow, weighed in at 258.4 hope to lose.
what the heck is HCG? i have been looking around the web and cannot find any definition of what this substanceDrug abuse is.
also, Trudeau sports a double product substitute for the HCG. what are these products? and do they really have the same desired effect of HCG.
and last, can HCG actually tone up the body or does it have to be used in conjunction with other more typical protocols such as healhier eating, exercise and water
I just got my first shot Wednesday. They put me on phentermine also. I was wondering if anyone was getting side effects from the phentermine. Yesterday, my hands started shaking and I could not stop them and I felt very lightheaded and a little nauseated. They make me feel no hunger whatsoever and then when you realize it is time to eat it is too late. Any suggestions on how to continue taking them for the weight loss but where I do not get so shaky. I did eat, but not sure what to eat to calm the phentermine down a little.
Hi everybody I am looking to start the HCG injections, but I have an anxiety disorder and can't really take diet pills. I am guessing you have to take these along with the injections? And have you seen any side affects
The only side effect I experienced with hcg was having to drink lots more water and having to pee a lot. There should not be many more, except maybe a few headaches and/or constipation when you are detoxing (like the first couple of days) then when you have been on the diet for a while, most of that goes away.
When I did the hcg, there were NO pills, only daily injections for 6 days a week and a 500 calorie diet. (I only felt hungry a few times, the first week, and had a protein shake, then the diet was enough. I was AMAZED to be able to eat such a small salad that it fit on the little saucer they give you at restaurants for your bread and felt FULL!)
Oh, I forgot to mention: For the first two days, I loaded up on fat, like my doctor told me to do and I gained about 3 pounds, then by the end of the week I had lost around 10 pounds, so it fit in with the average of losing a pound a day that they told me when I started.
I want to lose weight so bad :((
