HCG and Birth Control

What impact do the HCG shots have on the effectiveness of birth control pills ? I am currently on the pill and am considering the HCG shots.

I would like to know, as well. I've searched the web and have found conflicting results as to whether or not birth control is effective while receiving HCG injections. Having a baby is not an option. :)

i am currently taking the Depo shot for BC. my doctor told me that the oral form which i am taking will not effect my birth control or levothyroxin (levothyroxine) (thyroid medication).. not like ill get pregnant anyways... definitly not gettin any lol
