HCG and those with less weight to lose

by gotkarebear, Apr 21, 2007 12:00AM
I was just wondering if anyone had about 20 pounds or less to lose... how long did it take you to lose those last stubborn pounds?

You know I only need to loose about 10lbs.
I want to reprogram my hypothalamus so I am thinking about doing this protocol.
I have decided because of reactions from others I am not going to tell anyone locally if I decide to do this. They think because your not as Fat as they are you don't need to loose any weight.

Once you say shots they are like No way!
I have family members who need to do this and would greatly benefit that are overweight and they don't want to listen. It's so frusterating to me.

I guess from what I was told by another person is that even though I only need to loose 10 lbs once I lose it I still have to stay on this for 26 days only I up my calories so that I don't keep loosing. I was hoping that once I lost the weight I would be done but it takes 26 days for the Hypothalamus to reprogram. Has anyone else hear this before?

yes, based on the current theory, you have to have a minimum of 21 day of injection to reprogram the hypothalamus. If you achieved the desired weight loss before the minimum of 21 shots, you can just simply increase the calorie intake.

I am doing the same thing. Hopefully I can get started on Monday, I want my body fat to be redistributed.

thanks everyone!! I am already at a healthy weight for my height but at the high end. So about 15 pounds will do it. Im not that heavy but I dont like wearing swim suits and shorts . So it would be really nice to be able to wear shorts again !  I leave for the dominican republic in a week so i will be starting once i get back.. as I am going to eat to my hearts content on my trip ( and gain 5 pounds) :)

In KT's book, he says the Hypothamus reporgramming is done in Phase III, not Phase II when the injections are being taken.  I went back and read it to make sure. In his book it says Phase II (injections) lasts 6 wks and phase III lasts 21 days.  It appears Kevin Added Phase I, which was not part of Dr Simeon's Original Protocol, so I'm wondering if you are looking at a different source that is referring to Phase I and Phase II as Dr Siemon's Original Protocol.

So that means I have to do the shots for 6 weeks then then phase 21 days?
I think if I do the shots for 26-28 days then do the no sugar for awhile i shoudl do good.
Thanks, Mo

phase two shots are from 21-45 days depending on how much weight you have to lose.. minimun of 21 days . Phase 3 lasts for 21 days.

Are those of you on the protocol being medically monitored?  I need to find a source for the hcg and need to know if I must be monitored?  I'm in Sacramento and can not find a source to date.  Any suggestions.  Is B-12 alone a viable alternative?
