When a dosage of hcg is prescribed for injection, is the dose before or after mixing with solution?

I've read about hcg and I'm really trying to find a clinic in Toronto, (bur, oak, miss etc) that treats people for weight loss using hcg, anyone know if theres one around here?? Please let me know.
