HCG injections and hair loss?

I read somewhere on this forum about a person that was experiencing hair loss while taking HCG injections. I am getting ready to start a diet program using the injections and am concerned about the hair loss problem since I have had very thinning hair in the last 6 months already. I think it has been due to very low estrogen levels. I can't afford to loose more hair!! Anyone know about this connection?
