HCG mixture

My friend has received her hcg from Natural Hcg and is excited to get started. The problem is that I did this through GHI Medical and I mixed everything all at once. The hcg she has come in the glass ampules hcg. another glass ampule labeled solvent and the sterilized water but gives not directions. Can anyone advise how they mixed this. She has sent an email to the company asking for help but I thought someone here could also advise. Just an update, it has been almost a month since I completed my regiment and am still at my goal weight without the terrible sugar cravings that use to plague me. Thanks for the assistance.
