After reading all the posts about HCG & B12 shots...I have a question that I hope someone can answer concerning giving yourself the shot(s).  

1.  Do you mix the HCG & B12 together and give yourself one shot or do you give yourself 2 separate shots?

2.  Where would you give yourself the shot(s)?

3.  What size needle to you use?

Any and all opinions are appreciated.

You do put the B12 and HCG in one shot.  I take mine in the hip (fatty part).  The needle is very small.  Make sure the air is all out before shooting it.

hello, I am wondering where you have gotten your hcg and b-12 injections. I can't seem to find a clinic or a place I can purchase vials (more perferable). Please HELP. I am so sorry of searching the net.Thank you so much.

I too would like to know where to purchase the hCG and B12 injections.  My doctor has said that he would prescribe them but local pharmacies don't seem to carry them. Please email me immediately upon receiving this post.  Thanks so much for your help!
