I also live in the Chicagoland area (Lake Zurich) and would love to know if there is a doctor in the area that would prescribe HCG as I am about to do The Weight Loss Cure by Kevin Trudeau.  I read somone was treated in Northbrook but they didn't give any doctor contact info.  If anyone has such information or are doing it themselves via HCG.com, please write and let me know how it's going.  Thank you!

I began treatment last week at Carolina Bariatrics in Gastonia NC (Near Charlotte NC).  They have been around for many years and actually have other locations around the country Chicago IL, Philadelphia PA, and soon to open Atlanta GA, & Fayetteville NC .  You do not have to be on a 500 calorie a day diet, you get 2 meal bars and 2 low carb meals which are explained in the first session with you.  You get the injections of HCG and Phentermine.  If you work in the medical field you get a 20% discount also which is nice.  The initial cost is $140 - $170 just depending on what meds they give you and if they need to do labs on you.  This cost includes your weekly injection.  You can get 2 injections a week if you want.  I may do that but I'm waiting to see how I do the first month.  Injections will sting if you do not let the alcohol you prep the skin with dry first. If you wait and let the skin dry there is no stinging.  If you want they give you the option of taking the injections home to do yourself or coming by each week at no additional charge to have them.  My friend who refered me has lost 20lbs in 4 weeks.  I've lost 3 lbs in 4 days.  Which is fine by me :)  I need to lose 40lbs to get back to my normal weight.  You can see where their other locations are by going to www.carolinabariatrics.com or call them at 704-861-1088.  You will also go for monthly follow-ups which I think cost $120 which also once again includes all your meds and injections for the month.  Keep in mind if you feel you can do the injections you can take them home with you form that office.  Good Luck and Hope this Helps everyone out!
