Has anyone used HCG sublingual instead of HCG injections? What are your results?

i am Im on day three of protocol so far son 4 lbs

any updtates on the weight loss? i started sublingual (releana) and day 1 of loading today...i can't wait to see if this works. If it does, it will be the first time in 5 years i've been able to lose ANY weight!

were you on releana or hcg shots?

Shots, the results were great but the 500 calories per day was just to restrictive.  Good Luck..

well, i'm STARVING today...i'm never a person to get famished...just slightly hungry. Now, i'm FAMISHED! This is my first day of the VLCD, so i'm hoping it goes away in a couple days. If not, i may have to resort to an appetite suppressant, even though i want to avoid that if at all possible. I'm in school and it's hard to focus when your stomach hurts! :D

I'll hang in there though...as long as i'm losing weight, (which will be determined) i can do anything!
