HCG??

I have read lots about the HCG injections. I have friends that are on it and I have heard lots of sucess stories. I am trying to find out if it is right for me. My question is I had heard if a person has cancer cells (specifically in the cervic) that are dormant and that the HCG injections can cause it to progress the dormant cells into active cancer cells. Is that correct?? And is HCG injections for weight loss and the HCG injections for pregnancy different than each other?? Thank you!
