HELLO I NEED HELP!! BAD!!

hello im new in this room!
and im having a big problem..ive been overweight all my life..now back in sept.06 i got married..ever since me and my hubby have been trying to get preg. and its just not working out for us..he is a health guy 6'1 200lbs me on the other hand just found out i have PCOS (polycist ovarian syndrome) which i have to take medication for it (metformin) to help me ovulate every month..one of the biggest side effect from having PCOS is gaining weight and hard to lose..ive tried tons of diets nothing has worked..iM desperate as anyone know what i can do? anything would really help!! thank you!

A lot of people try diets and hope that it takes away the weight. The problem with diets is that unless that are made specifically for you they wont work. You know what your body needs so if you follow some simple principles you should be able to cut down some weight fast. The obivious thing to do is eat smaller portions, I would actually suggest eating 6 small meals a day. For instance breakfast could be grapefruit and yoghurt or something of that nature. Make sure that you are getting fruit in your diet and lean meat. Your body also burns a lot of energy at night therefore if you eat less carbs after 5 p.m. your body wont have an enormous amount built up therefore you allow your body to burn past the carbs and cut into fat. This may take some energy away from you. Cutting out things like sodas and alcohol can also help. Among everything else though, you have to tie the diet in with regular exercise. Simple cardio can do the trick but you have to do it at least 3 times a week for at least 45 min. or more each time with a fast heart rate (about 140) to be able to burn fat. I agree with andre3000. I would look into doing cardio in am on empty stomach and do a little research on HIIT. Also eat more veg's than fruit. Fruit has sugar in it and if not used up will be stored just like regular sugar. I wish you the best.
