I have been on the HCG diet for a week now and have lost 10 pounds. At my age, thats unheard of. Usually, with a healthy diet and exercise it would take me an hour of cardio a day for a month to lose that. I am experiencing the glow that occurs with the HCG....the same as expectant mothers get when they produce the hormone. In addiiton, after a week...my natural oils are finally coming out and my skin is no longer dry. The naturopath i see is in las vegas and is from Israel. She restricts fat and salt. I drink coffee for breakfast, apple an hour later, lean turkey and greenGreen tea veggies for lunch, grapefruit or orange in afternoon and same as lunch for dinner. You can eat lean steak, fish (no salmon) and chicken. Then three strawberries in the eveningEvening primrose Evening primrose oil. I definatly dont feel starved while im on the HCG and have never lost the amount of weight in a short time that i have on this. My good friend has lost 35 in 8 weeks. I am a fan of this ...and I AM A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER here in Las Vegas. Im so happy....and it shows. I feel better AND look better!
