Hi i just started the L.A Diet has anyone tried it? It is being week and i actually feel great. I drink homemade proteing shake for both breakfast and lunch nad for dinner i eat 6oz of lean meats and a lot of veggies..the weird thing is that i feel very satisfied and i said weird because you know how it is with diets.... is this healthy?

Hi, i started two ago and lost 7 lbs. I usually take the shake for breakfast and for lunch, then eat 6oz of chicken or fish and bunch of veggies. It makes you feel satisfied because you are eating the amount of protein your body needs acording to your height, age, etc. I bought the book and even though i havent strictly followed it i lost weight. I will recommend you to give it a try.... good luck!
