I am on day eight of the hcg diet and I still wake up in the morning with hunger pangs. I have followed the diet to the letter and have lost about 10 pounds, but I do experience hunger. Anyone know why? I went to workout with my trainer in the morning and after, I even threw up. If you have any insights, please let me know.
sometimes it takes other's longer to overcome the hunger you may be experiencing. Try drinking a cup of tea or two. Hang in there, your feelings of hunger should abate soon!
I must have missed something in the Manuscript or KT book..........what is the callahan method? I saw it mentioned in the book maybe once or twiceTwice-a-day as part of the SHOULD DO list.
