I am just about to start the protocol, and I have gotten a lot of help form HCGdieters yahoo group. They have lots of information, and pre-made files with lots of helpful hints, as well as good websites to go to, to buy the supplies you will need. Just join yahoo, then go to the main page click on groups, and from there you can search for HCGdieters. Check it out, I felt a lot more comfortable after reading about websites other people have used to buy supplies from.
