Help! B12 syringes? Type and location?

by TorontoGirl, May 20, 2006 12:00AM
I bought a vial of the B12 and am in need of advice. Should I be combining the shot with B6? And I am also quite confused about the type of syringe and the location of the injection? Should we be using the longer syringes intramuscularly or the shallower diabetes needles injected into a fatty spot? I am also curious about combining this cocktail with ephedra or phentermine? All advice would be appreciated.

Many thanks--TorontoGirl

To: A cool book about wieghtloss
go to dreambodyslim.com to get a book by a girl who comes from a family of fat people, it is really heartfelt and good info about getting off the yo yo diet syndrome and getting into a healthy eating pattern where you don't have to worry about food all the time.
