HgC in the fridge?

Hello,
I am on my 10th day of HGC.  I just found out that I should have been keeping my med in the fridge.  I was more hungry yesterday than I have been on other days. Today, I have had some strong cravings.  I have stuck to the diet but am concerned.

yeah, you should be keeping them refrigerated. atleast that's what i was told, so i keep mine in the fridge... im starving anyway! ugh

Thanks for writing back.  Does this stuff expire.  I feel hungry and light headed like I did the first couple of day. Feels like going backward.  How long have you been on HGC?

sure, no problem. noone is answering mine. lol   i think maybe hcg is not real popular anymore??? anyway, i started almost 2 weeks ago but im a girl and so i got my 'monthly bill' and had to stop for a few days and hit a rut... i think im back on track now though because i havent gained and the hunger is not bad today - YET... im not sure about expiration. are you seeing a doc or did you order online?

Hey Jaxx,

I did go see my Dr. today.  He said that my being hungry, headaches and stuff could be my HGC is beginning to expire.  He told me to take a dose and a half and see if that makes a difference.  He won't give me a new perscrip. so Im stuck until I finish the course.  He said he would give me a couple of free shots so I guess that's something.

Let me know how you are doing.  How much weight do you usually loss a week?

well atleast he's willing to help you. im tired, hungry and been at the same weight for 5 days now... getting very discouraged! I'm about to quit but i paid $600 for this sh**!

oh see, im so tired and out of it i forgot to answer your other ?'s... I've lost 7.5 lbs total in 14 days of being on this diet... that happened in the first 7 days... I haven't lost in several days now... ugh.... i think you're supposed to lose up to 2 lbs a day... most lose 1 though...

My Dr. says most women only lose half a pound a day.  Have you tried an apple day? It is supposed to break your stall.  6 apples from lunch to lunch and as little water as need.  I also read that 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with water should do the same.  I asked my Dr. about cheating because I am so hungry.  He said if you have to cheat, cheat smart stick with meets and veggies allowed on the diet.  I haven't tried that yet but it makes sense.  Good luck.  Are you getting B12 shots?

Thanks for the advice. I have heard of the apple day and plan to do that today. Perhaps I'll try the vinegar first though! Sounds easier! haha   I do not get B12 shots but have heard of others doing that. I'll have to explore that idea as well. About the cheating... ugh, im guilty as charged... its so hard! The meat idea is good. I would take a small piece of chicken and roll it into a small piece of lettuce... I'll do that next time instead of having almonds... lol   :0 good luck!
