Has anyone tried Hoodia gardoni for suppressing hunger? I have tried it with greenGreen tea tea and it worked great for 3 days and then it didn't. I also notice that a lot of companies are comming out with it and only one type of the catus plant acually works. I'm not sure but I think the greenGreen tea tea gave me energy to do things and I wasn't thinking about food.
Read a fantastic article on Hoodia Gordonii on ConsumerHealthDigest.com Apparently they were not too high on Hoodia because there was not much proof that it actually works. Here is the link to the Hoodia Review article:
