Hoodia gardoni and green tea

Has anyone tried Hoodia gardoni for suppressing hunger? I have tried it with green tea and it worked great for 3 days and then it didn't. I also notice that a lot of companies are comming out with it and only one type of the catus plant acually works. I'm not sure but I think the green tea gave me energy to do things and I wasn't thinking about food.

I don't know about hoodia. It sounds like one of those too good to be true things, but green tea is excellent for your health.

I just heard on Oprah today that if you substitute green tea for your daily coffee, you can lose up to 10 pounds in 6 weeks. Not too bad.

Read a fantastic article on Hoodia Gordonii on ConsumerHealthDigest.com Apparently they were not too high on Hoodia because there was not much proof that it actually works. Here is the link to the Hoodia Review article:
