hello i have been trying to loss weight for a way so i decided to use hydrocut hardcore and just want to know is it heathly or will it cause demage to me in the long turn

My suggestion is to go to a weight loss doctor who can monitor your progress.
I was really depressed before I lost 28 pounds. I had to suck it up and go to a weight loss doctor because I could not do it on my own. I am so glad I did. I learned to eat right and losing weight has boosted my self esteem to the point that I am happy all the time now.
