Hypoglycemic can I still follow phase 2

Can I still follow phase 2 if I am hypoglycemic? Also I have seen posts that people are on the oral hcg and doing well. That is great to hear. Keep up the great work everyone. But are you following the 500 cal diet or are you just taking the oral hgc?
