I ONLY need B12 shots (in Las Vegas)

I live in Las Vegas, but my weight loss doc is in California.  This sounds strange, but is is because my family lives in California (I visit once per month) and my first visit to a weight loss center was there.  I don't want to change docs, but I do want to take the b12 shot more than once per month, so I need to find a doc that will give them to me here, close to home.  I live in Southern Highlands.  If anybody knows WHERE I can get these shots (only), please let me know.  I don't need anything else, because I do have a months supply of all the important pills.  Thanks much!

I'm scared to order b12 over the internet.  I prefer to walk into an actual office to get the shots.  Any places anybody can recommend?  I will gladly pay $15 per shot, no problem.  Not too sure how much they go for here, but the 1 I got in California was $15.  Ok, thanks everybody!
