I need a strong appetite supressant, tried all diets & can't get rid of the last 10 lbs

Hi, I only want to lose 10 lbs but it has become a torture because I love food so much and I am having a weight loss plateau. I seem to be hungry all the time. Please help, I need something to supress appetite.

how long have you been dieting?how much have you lost so far? what kinds of foods are you eating?
