If I take paxil should I stop taking phentermine?

paxil is only 20mg Im wondering if this would be a good time to give paxil up because I feel so good from my b6/12 injections. any thoughts? anyone else taking paxil with phen? thanks

Incase anyone else is wondering this I am trying to wean myself off of the paxil. The b12 shots make me feel so good I may not need it anymore. I have taken it for 3 or 4 years and gained at least 45 taking it.
this is my second day only taking half and so far I dont feel bad.
