My height is 6 feet 6 inch (197 cm) my weight is 220 lbs (100 Kg)and my age is 35
When I was young I was very fat, but when I reached the age 18 I decided enough is enough went on a 1000 calorie a day diet and managed to loose 90 lbs (40 kg) in half a year. the problem is that ever since then I must retain a 2000 calorie diet, more then that I gain weight!
Last 15 years I've beet working out: mostly moderate weight lifting, and considered to be in good shape
Last few months I decided to investigate and I had a BMR test which shows my body spent 3000 calories a day, my blood tests shows everything is normalNormal saline flush (my TSHPituitary and tsh Tsh is 1.1), and 2 months of writing every thing I eat show I never exceed 2000 calories. Still I'm not loosing weight!!!
Any Ideas?
