Is 6 weeks off HCG needed?

by Stunninglife, May 26, 2007 12:00AM
Opinions please! I was on hcg for 6 weeks at between 175 and 200 units. I lost 26 pounds; not as good as KT, but I'm happy. (I usually jogged/walked 6 miles many days too, bytheway).  I then mistakenly thought that taking 3 weeks off and onto phase 3 was ok (I actually took 3 1/2 weeks off). I started again for one week but then read that it's actually good to take 6 weeks off between treatments. Now that I've been off it for 3 1/2 weeks and on it again for 1 week and have now quit again, how long should I take off before starting again?

First of all you were using too much hcg. 125 iu's is all that is needed.    If you read Pounds and Inches you will get the info you need.  I did my program for 8 weeks (40 shots) and and went from 161.5 to 128. According to Kevin and Simeon you need to wait 6 weeks before starting up again.  Be sure not to have any starch or sugar during that period.
