Does HCG and Simeons diet ever NOT work? Would you all classify this as a miracle solution or has it failed anyone? 2 other questions:
1. wouldnt a 500 calorie a day diet make anyone lose weight with or without hcg injections?
2. has anyone had hunger on the 500 cal a day plan with HCG or does the Hcg really take care of all hunger issues?
Thanks
Being on only 500 calories a day you would get very sick and like any other diet your skin would really sag. One man on the diet with us stayed on the diet too long and went below his ideal weight, he started to look very pale and was not feeling well. When he went off within 2 years he gained all his weight back. You do have to work at staying at your ideal weight when you are done or you will gaine some if not all back.
For about 3 or 4 days after beiging on the diet you will likely feel hungry, but after that it is just the habit or cravings for your favorite foods every now and then.
If you read Simoens paper it will explaine everything in detail. This is not a miracle just another diet they all work if you work at it. Just some oare easier for some than others.
There HAVE BEEN documented studies using HCG with Dr. A.T.W. Simeons in Italy, Dr. Belluscio, and others. On one thread a person here sent the website for confirmed proof of the studies done, and I have a copy of that in Adobe. It is interesting. I believe one can lose on a 500 calorie diet without the HCG. What HCG does is assist in controlling the hunger. That way, one does not constantly think about food. Also, it does help with moodiness and the crankiness that one suffers from being on a low cal diet. I only know what I am experiencing in a very short time. I am losing weight and not feeling deprived. I get fuller quicker on the 500 cal diet, and this is the firstFirst progesterone mc10 First progesterone mc5 First-progesterone vgs 100 First-progesterone vgs 200 First-progesterone vgs 25 First-progesterone vgs 400 First-progesterone vgs 50 First-testosterone First-testosterone mc time I have completely stuck to a diet in probably 15 years. I know for sure it is working for me. There are many others in here who say it is working for them and have had some phenomenal weight losses.
If you are just thinking of it, I would recommend that you research, read, talk with your physician. Since you do not like the fruits that are recommended, you may wish to really give serious thought as to whether this diet is for you.
Whatever you choose, you will find a very supportive group in here who will applaud you with your triumps and still encourage you when and IF you should fall back a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys. We are all in this together, and life is too short to be too judgmental all the time. I wish you well.
WillPower73, I would consider going to a clinic.. It kind of bothers me buying HCG through Ia web site you can't even talk to someone.. I go to one in Florida and I get the HCG through them.. There is one group that will give you the HCG through the mail.. I believe they are in Tenn. It is a clinic that still wants to have a blood work done on you..
But like another poster said its not a cure all. You still have to work at it. I did loss weight on this diet. I lost 15 pounds, but over the last year or so. I have gained it back to no falt of my own... This time I'm looking at it in a new way that I didn't before.. I'm planning on staying as much as I can away from carbs and sugars for life..
