I honestly don't know how i'm doing on the miracle burn. I started to feel sleepy after i took it. I didn't understand that so needless to say I've put them on the back burner at least for now. I'm not sure if that is what helped me loose the inches I lost or was it diet and excerise. I started drinking wu-long tea and taking CLA which is more natural. I'm also going to continue the diet and excerise. I've gone from a 36in waiste down to 33.5 in almost three weeks, hips I've lost a little over two inches. Needless to say only 6lbs, go figure. Are you taking it. Hope the info helps.

Thanks, I just started retaking the miracle burn today. Well see what happens. I can't really workout right now. I'm seeing a chiropracor for my back injury after that hopefully I can get back to normal.

I lost a lot of water today.
