Just flounder/halibut?

by tni_grl, Apr 28, 2007 12:00AM
Hi everyone...I just have another food question...I was wondering if any other salt water fish ok...I live on an island and so fish is not a problem at all but halibut and flounder requires bottom fishing. My family fishes but not for flounder or halibut...Any input on this would be a great help.

Thanks,

nette

ok...did a bit more research into it...according to Dr. S, his diet included lobster, crab, and any other white meat fish. He did mention no tuna, salmon or any other red meat fish. So I guess I can substitute flounder and halibut for any of the other white meat fish which is great...I do love seafood so I guess I'll be stocking up the fridge with more fish..lol..If I find more info I'll post again...thanks
