Lexapro and Your Urine
Do any of you who are taking Lexapro notice a strange smell associated with your urine? Mine has an almost garlicy smell even when I have not had garlic.
Yes I notice a quite strong, earthy, perhaps garlicy smell to my urine when I am on Lexapro. I was just checking online to see if anyone else did because I wasn't sure it was the Lexapro. From other stuff I'm reading online not everyone does but I definitely do.

Yes, I have! Not really a garlicky smell, mine was more like a medication smell. Didn't matter how strong or weak my urine was, either way, I had to use room spray in the office restroom. I have been off the Lexapro for the last two days and have noticed that it has, thankfully, disappeared. Also, my moderate joint pain has lessened up also.
