I have ordered everything for the hcg. Now my question/problem.
I have taken antidepressants for over 20 years, and cannot go without them. Currently I am on Lexapro, has anyone lost weight on hcg and antidepressants?
I don't know if you've already had an answer elsewhere, but I thought I'd put in my 2 cents. I've been on Lexapro for several years and began the B12/phen diet about 4 weeks ago. Received my 3rd shot tonight of B12 and HCG. I'm losing weight so far. Weighed in this eveningEvening primrose Evening primrose oil at an official 13lb weight loss but normally I weigh myself at home in the morning and tomorrow I expect I'll be closer to 15lb so that's the number I'll be bragging about.
A health note: I haven't taken the phen since Saturday. Something in the combination of the phen and the thyroid ArmourArmour thyroid med seemed to really slow me down instead of speeding me up. It scared me so I stopped both of them. I was so 'tired' that I took 2 long naps on Sunday then went to bed early. During one of my naps I got some weird, burning pains in my chest, yet it wasn't deep in my chest like I thought heart pains would be, it was sort deep in my skin over my heart. I don't know. Anyway, now - on Tuesday - I'm feeling myself again, following the eating plan and not feeling too tempted by anything.
No one's mentioned to me whether Lexapro will slow down my weight loss efforts but I've read enough from other people who say it really caused them to gain weight. For what it's worth, it seems I'm losing more slowly than others, and since I have 90-100 to lose, I assumed I'd be dropping weight more quickly, at least at first. However, I may not be drinking all the water I should, and I forget to eat regularly throughout the day. Also I'm only exercising now and then. So those detours from the plan could be slowing my weight loss too.
