Lipo Dissolve vs. other weight loss methods -what works?

by phoebe77, Apr 18, 2007 12:00AM
Hi, I'm new to this forum and have recently started reading the posts about lipo dissolve, hcg and other weight loss options. I've gone to a few consultations for lipo dissolve and it sounds great but I'm afraid it won't work. I've tried just about everything and haven't had good luck with results and would really like to find something that will work (as does everyone I'm sure) I've done calorie counting and workout 5 day a week - this works great for maintaining but doesn't help me lose. Does anyone have any programs/procedures they'd recommend? What is HCG and does it work? FYI - I'm in Phoenix if anyone is local. I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks so much!

I started treatments in june of 06 in Overland Park at the advanced lipo dissolve they changed there name to FIG now.....I also had lost nothing....I feel like it is causing me to gain weight also......Im 24 years old im not over weight and was also a perfect canidate they told me. They talked me into doing the swan program........I requested a refund in feb of 07 and found out the end of march I was approved for my full $10,000 and it could take up to 60 days to recieve.......it is now june 1st 2007 and have yet to see any of my money. They keep giving me the run around. I was told 10 weeks ago my account is in accounting and when my money is credited back to my account they will call me and to stop calling them.....I don't think they acually give your money back....I have contacted the better business bureau and the attorny generals office today so hopefully someone can help me out here.

Here's the scoop on Lipo Dissolve:

If you are significantly overweight, this is NOT the way to go. Over the course of injections you will see a loss of a few inches in those problem areas where you have a lot of jiggly going on, i.e., if you choose to get the injections in your thighs, buttocks, tummy, or lovehandles.

I have had four sets of injections (they are at least one month apart) in my inner thighs and rear-end, and I have definitely seen results. But then, I am not really overweight, I just have a few problem areas that stick out more than others.

And I don't know what that person was talking about with the $10,000. That sounds outrageous. I paid $400 for the four injections, which included both my inner thighs and butt. If I decided to have my tummy/love handles done, I'm assuming it would be around the same price.

Hope this helps.
